The Gulf of Maine Cod Project is a is a multi-year research project based at the University of New Hampshire that utilizes historical documents and archeological data to document long-term changes in the marine environment and to establish biological indicators and population trends for fishes in the Northwest Atlantic region.
I built this site in 2005 as a public face for the larger database-driven backend I also built for the project.
